These garments will not only protect the wearer from cold, rain and wet conditions but also offer high visibility attributes for added safety. Choose the high visibility side for safety, or the discreet black uniform side when visibility is not needed. The Safe Officer 4703 Reversible Raincoat with Reflective Tape is 32" long and has 2” Silver/Black 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Film on the hi-vis side.
